This is
the new Supercharger Pulley installed and ready to go. The Supercharger
belt did not require changing.
The spring
loaded tensioner takes up the slack.
This is
the Cold Air Intake System that I designed myself. It is made from 3 1/2"
inner diameter
Aluminum
Exhaust pipe. The welding was done by my local exhaust expert. There is
a REASON for the
"L" shaped
bends instead of "S" shaped mandrel bends. The engine compartment space
limits the amount of
room left
for "pretty" bends, plus, with 3 1/2" inner diameter pipe, flow is NOT
an issue.

The intake
was polished with a drill-mounted wire wheel and "Mother's" Brand Aluminum
Polish.

The Cold
Air Intake Protrude inside the Driver's Side Fender and captures cool
air from
underneath the car AND from behind the bumper.
Finally
found the PERFECT spot to mount the "NOS" Fuel Pump.
Some version
of the 3800 Supercharged Engine have MAP sensors. My particular version
does NOT.
I used
the brackets for mounting the MAP sensor to secure my "NOS" Fuel Pump in
a safe location.
In case
you STILL haven't found the pump, look right above the "3800" imprinted
in the Engine Cover.
My fuel
system uses a BOSCH intank fuel pump, which freely flows and feeds the
"NOS" Fuel Pump.
The "NOS"
pump is rated at 45psi with a flow rate of OVER 250 liters per hour (67
gallons per hour)
That is
MORE than enough to feed this FORCED INDUCTION ENGINE.
