The New Instrument Cluster: Notice how much clearer the speedometer is marked than
on the old instrument cluter. The new 3800SC PCM supplies a 4000 pulse per mile electronic
signal to this speedometer, which has an electronic servo that drives the speedometer wand.
Also notice, the new instrument cluster has the "OVERDRIVE" gear, which was also necessary for
the new 4-T60Ehd Overdrive transaxle. This is NOT your grandmother's Citation!!!!

the Electronic Speedometer wiring to the C203 terminal:
The
C203 terminal under normally supplies the Pulse Per Mile signal to the
cruise module in
2.5L
TBI Citations. Now, the signal will be used to drive the speedometer.
The
new 3800PCM has the cruise module built in, instead of having a separate
controller.
