The Eaton M90 supercharger and manifold is back from porting.  This is an assembled view of the ported M90 supercharged, 36-lb fuel injectors, and ported/polished intake manifold.

The OEM gaskets will be tossed out and the manifold cleaned of all residue

The PCM and Wiring Harness from a 1995 Regal GS with the 3800 Non Supercharged Engine will be used during this swap.  The PCM's EEPROM will be reprogrammed to support the 3800 Series II Supercharged V6 and a 4T60E-hd transaxle.  Only one additional wire is to be added to the 3800 Non Supercharged wiring harness (boost control solenoid)

A computer for a 1994/1995 3800 V6 will be used for this swap.  The PROM will be custom programmed to control the 3800SC Series 2 engine.

The supercharger gasket has arrived....

As well as the lower intake manifold gaskets....

....and the Throttle Body Gasket

Now begins the process of creating the custom wiring harness and mating it to the Citation's factory wiring

New Lower Manifold Gaskets installed

These O-rings on the upper manifold are crucial and MUST be replaced when the supercharger is removed.  They seal the supercharger's coolant passages from the rest of the intake.  Failure to replace these can result in coolant in the engine.

Supercharger is back in it's home

New injector O-rings have been installed and the fuel rail fastened back into place

These stupid little adapters for the heater hoses cost $18.00 a piece at the GM dealership, but are required to attached the heater hoses to the engine.

The coolant for the heater core is run thru the alternator bracket / tensioner assembly.
