Throttle Cable has arrived. This cable is for a 1996 Buick Park
Avenue Ultra and fits the Citation Accelerator pedal without
modification
New Flexplate-to-Converter Bolts
New Flexplate-to-Crankshaft Bolts. All bolts in this area of the
powertrain are TORQUE-TO-YIELD. Failure to replace these bolts
with BRAND NEW bolts upon engine/transaxle separation "WILL" have
disastrous effects.
These are my engine control relays and are wired as
follows: Fuel Pump 1, Fuel Pump 2, A/C Relay 1, A/C Relay
2, Cooling Fan 1 Relay, Cooling Fan 2 Relay, and Cooling Fan 3
Relay. This relay box was obtained from a 1992 Cadillac
Deville

Finally, after months of being held up with a special project at my
job, the REAL stuff finally begins. Nothing but the best for this
swap....Bosch Wires, Mobil 1 Oil, Goodyear Belts, Parker Hoses, and AC
Delco Iridium Spark Plugs
Iridium Spark Plugs.....looks a bit parculiar compared to regular plugs
!?!?
Bosch 8mm Wires installed....
Rear Spark Plug Wire Routing: Due to the close proximity of the
Catalytic Converter, shielding will be installed over the rear bank of
spark plug wires
Much better . . .
Loom tubing provides the perfect shield
The 3800SC engines come stock with a special ceramic filled heat
shielding on the front and rear exhaust manifolds. The REAR
manifold is shown here
....and the Front here
Installing the two serpentine belts on the Series II 3800SC V6 engine
almost requires a degree in engineering
This oil filter adapter is meant for the Buick Park Avenue Ultra,
Pontiac Bonneville, and Buick Riviera applications. They do NOT
use a lower front engine mount and "U" shaped bracket. This
adapter must be changed in order to make room for the lower mount and
bracket, found on Pontiac Bonneville and Buick Regal GS applications
Brand New Oil Filter adapter for 1997 Pontiac Grand Prix GTP.
This allows clearance for the GTP engine mount and bracket
The Oil filter still clears the Citation cradle perfectly
Finally, the engine is ready to be installed.
