She finally arrives at home, all nice and shiny

This is an overhead view of the 4.9L V8, compared to my Supercharged Citation's 3.8L V6.  There's NOT much of a size difference.  That is the PRIMARY reason I chose the 4.9L V8 to replace the X-11's 2.8L engine

This is the 4.9L after repainting the front valve covers (flat black) and adding the "Cadillac Dress Attire" (which includes the air filter box, fuel injector covers, and spark plug wire covers)

The included exhaust down pipe exits in the exact same spot as the old 2.8L does currently in the X-11

This is the transaxle identification label on the 4.9L's 4T60Ehd.  This tells me that this transaxle has the 2.73 gearset.  As you may remember, my Supercharged Citation has 2.97 gears.  The immense OFF-IDLE torque of the 4.9L will pull the 2.73s effortlessly.

This gauge cluster (courtesy of friend Nate Long in Pennsylvania) will be used in this swap.  The 4T60Ehd does NOT have a mechanical output for a cable driven speedometer.  This speedometer's "wand" is driven by an electronic servo, powered by the Cadillac's PCM.
